Our Service Warranty

The purchase of a bike includes a 1 year warranty plan from the date of purchase. All frames and components are warrantied as per the manufacturer's discretion. Warranties do not apply to wear or tear on bicycle parts (tires, tubes, brake pads, cables) or bicycles used for competition or commercial purposes.

All purchased items may be exchanged for up to 7 days, given that:

Item has not been used or damaged
Item in new and re-saleable condition
All refunds are subject to The Bike Store staff's discretion and can be denied.
A receipt must be provided on any return of sale made.
Clothing can only be exchanged within 7 days if the tags are still on, with the exception of shorts which for hygienic reasons cannot be returned at any time.
Bicycles are final sale.
All on sale and special order items are FINAL SALE.
**No returns on car racks,tools,shorts,shoes.**
